We accept Switch, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping and Handling
Where goods ordered are in stock your order will be despatched either that day or the next day. If items are out of stock or delayed we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.
We currently use DHL for our deliveries. This carrier will normally delivery the next working day after despatch. Consignments will need to be signed for unless we are instructed otherwise.
If your item is not in stock, we can back order it for you. You will be emailed with an approximate delivery date. Let us know if you are not happy to wait.
We will send a VAT invoice with your delivery.
If you have a faulty item please contact us first before returning it. If we ask you to return it to us please ensure that the item is clean and can be inspected by us in a safe and healthy manner. Any item that we cannot inspect safely, or that we judge is not in a fit state to be returned to our suppliers, will be returned to you. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled clearly. Proof of posting is recommended in the event of loss or damage, as we do not compensate for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
